A network of internship sites as a resource for improving professional competence in the implementation of the regional component among kindergarten teachers of the Amur region

Today, it is important for educators to have a system of continuous professional development that includes a variety of forms and methods for professional growth. The article presents the experience of developing and implementing a project to create a network of internship sites, "We Teach, We Are Taught," within the framework of the federal project "Modern School" of the national project "Education" in 2024. The project was developed based on the results of a scientific study that focused on a regional approach to improving the qualifications of kindergarten teachers. The aim of the research is to identify conditions focused on eliminating professional difficulties among kindergarten teachers in the Amur Region when including a regional component in educational programs. The scientific novelty lies in the development of a new model for the functioning of a network of internship sites for improving the qualifications of teachers. This model ensures a systematic exchange of experience and methodological materials between teachers, as well as the implementation of original partial programs and teaching methods, which significantly improves the quality of the educational process and contributes to a more effective integration of local history material into kindergarten programs. As a result, a network of internship sites was created, uniting teachers of the Amur Region to exchange best practices in the implementation of the regional component. A digital platform of information resources, "Priamurye – My Native Land," was developed and implemented, which contributes to enriching the variable part of the educational programs of kindergartens in the region with regional characteristics. A series of events was held aimed at disseminating effective methods of working with local history material among educators in the region.
