Isolated bilateral coronary artery ostial stenosis
Stenosing coronary artery disease is a very rare condition in women of childbearing age without previous risk factors for atherosclerosis. The paper describes a case of severe bilateral ostial stenosis of the coronary arteries, manifested by the clinical picture of unstable angina, which was the reason for the hospitalization of a 34-year-old woman in a cardiology hospital. During further examination, syphilitic genesis of vascular lesions was revealed.
