Introduction. The novelty of the domestic legislation “digital ruble” determines the need to study the contract of an intermediary relationship in connection with the use of the digital ruble in calculations. The methodological basis of the research is the universal principles of scientific cognition (comprehensiveness, consistency, objectivity), the general philosophical method (dialectical), general scientific methods of cognition (comparison, ascent from the abstract to the particular), general logical methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization, classification, abstraction), special legal methods (formal legal, method of interpretation of the norms of law, dogmatic). Results. Based on the analysis of current legislation, the concept of a digital ruble account agreement has been studied, the features of its content, conclusion and subject composition have been identified, as well as the lack of legislative consolidation of the contractual form in relations between the Bank of Russia and banks operating the digital ruble platform. Conclusion. At the moment, the legal regulation of the digital ruble account agreement is fragmented by the norms of civil and, to a greater extent, financial law, due to its dependence on the functioning of the digital ruble platform, within which the parties interact. As the scope of implementation of digital ruble settlements expands, as a response to the needs of civil turnover, the legislation on the digital ruble account agreement will also be improved.
