CHANGES IN THE INTELLECTUAL POTENTIAL OF DOMESTIC ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF INTENSIFICATION OF EXTERNAL MIGRATION

This article summarizes the experience of quantitative and qualitative determination of the intellectual potential of domestic enterprises in the context of changes in external migration. enterprises. The main purpose of the study is to identify the characteristic features of changes in the intellectual potential of domestic enterprises with the growth of external migration. The systematization of literature sources and approaches to solving the problem has shown that unused reserves of human skills and competencies contained in the intellectual potential of employees should force the organization to carefully study and apply any attempts to use this resource, and the massive outflow of highly skilled workers abroad leads to a staff shortage, a decrease in the level of innovation and competitiveness of enterprises. The urgency of solving this scientific problem lies in the fact that preserving and increasing the intellectual potential of enterprises in the context of growing external migration requires an integrated approach, including improving the state policy in the field of labor migration, stimulating the return of specialists, developing corporate training and adaptation programs, as well as strengthening ties between business and educational institutions. The article studies the impact of changes in external migration on the intellectual potential of domestic enterprises in the following logical sequence: studying the definition of “intellectual potential”, forming a system of indicators for quantitative and qualitative assessment of the intellectual potential of an enterprise, and studying the directions of changes in the intellectual potential of domestic enterprises in the context of changes in external migration in Ukraine. The methodological tools of the study were the historical and logical methods, graphical method, methods of analysis and synthesis – to form an integral indicator for determining the intellectual potential of an enterprise. The object of the study is the peculiarities of changes in the intellectual potential of domestic enterprises due to increased external migration of employees in Ukraine. The results of the study may be useful for the formation of a national model for the growth of the intellectual potential of domestic enterprises.
