Covered stent fenestration – A novel bail-out technique for accidental left circumflex coronary artery jailing

An aneurysmal proximal left anterior descending coronary artery lesion with large thrombus burden was treated with a covered stent to prevent distal embolization. The stent migrated proximally into the left main coronary artery and occluded the left circumflex coronary artery which was successfully managed with fenestration of the covered stent.
