A Maximum Torque Per Ampere Control Strategy for Brushless DC Motor Based on Direct Torque Control
In order to obtain the fast response ability of torque and realize the high-efficiency operation of brushless DC motor with low copper loss, this paper proposes a maximum torque per ampere control strategy based on direct torque control. When the zero-crossing phase current and the zero-crossing same-direction phase current are distributed according to the theoretical current comparison coefficient, the torque per ampere can be maximized. The control system simultaneously controls the electromagnetic torque and zero-crossing phase current, and then queries the switch state lookup table according to the state of the two hysteresis controllers. The feasibility of the algorithm is verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.
