A Three-Dimensional Evaluation Method for the Comprehensive New Energy Carrying Capacity of Distribution Networks
The large-scale integration of distributed new energy into distribution networks is increasing each year, posing a significant challenge to the existing grid's carrying capacity. Current evaluation systems for the carrying capacity of distribution networks are limited to static assessments of their ability to accommodate new energy, neglecting the costs and benefits of grid retrofits. This paper, while considering technical factors such as power quality, constructs a 3-dimensional and multi-level evaluation system for distributed new energy carrying capacity of distribution networks, incorporating economic factors such as retrofit costs and effects. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to assign weights to the indicators, and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method is employed to convert the calculated results into a comprehensive score. Finally, a case study based on the IEEE 33-bus distribution network demonstrates that the proposed evaluation method is more comprehensive and effective.
