Research on Transformer Winding Fault Diagnosis Method Based on Multi-Signal Source Excitation

Power transformer bears the important responsibility of power system power transmission, large transformer load side voltage is low, the system impedance is large, and with the body and peripheral circuits are directly related to the capacitance sensor by the low voltage side, station transformer, voltage transformer can also be realized by the single-frequency sinusoidal signals are effectively injected into the transformer windings. In this paper, a transformer winding fault diagnosis method based on multi-signal source excitation is proposed. By injecting different signal source excitation into the transformer winding, obtaining the winding frequency response curve, analyzing the change of the frequency response curve and verifying it under different faults, the results show that the multisignal source injected transformer winding frequency response curve has strong correlation with the state of the winding, and the polar diagrams injected by the multi-signal source in different fault cases are significantly different from the graphical and image characteristics of the multi-signal source. There are obvious differences between the graphs and image features, which can be combined with graphical changes and feature information to further distinguish the type of faults.
