Descriptive study, with a quantitative and non-experimental approach. The population was a total of 39,630 companies in the Gamarra Commercial Emporium and the sample was 385 MYPEs selling clothing in the same place of study. For the calculation of the sample, the population was considered infinite. A survey was applied. Social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp and Tik Tok were the main platform used by the studied MYPEs (67,5%), 12,8% indicated that they had an online store, 18,9% owned some web page or platform and only 0,4% used some type of mobile application.
