Digitalisasi Pencatatan Keuangan Menggunakan Aplikasi SI APIK Bagi Kelompok UMKM Pande Besi di Kabupaten Banyumas

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the business groups that have a major role and contribution to the economy in Indonesia. However, in their business activities, there are still many MSMEs that experience problems in financial recording. Meanwhile, financial records are beneficial for the sustainability of MSMEs in the future. The obstacles experienced are caused by the lack of knowledge of MSME actors on how to record finances, the view that financial recording is a complicated and time-consuming activity, and not understanding the importance of financial recording. To overcome this, the research team provided socialization and training on financial recording using the SI APIK application to Pande Besi UMKM “Gayeng Ruyeng” located in Pasir Wetan Village, Karanglewas District, Banyumas Regency. The results of this activity show an increase in understanding of financial recording using the SI APIK application which can be seen from the pre-test results of 20% and post-test of 70%. In addition, MSME actors can record and produce financial reports in an easier way through the SI APIK application, and can check the financial condition of their business at any time through the application.
