WAYS TO OVERCOME THE NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES IN THE ENTERPRISE
Innovation is becoming an important factor in determining the competitiveness of countries, enterprises and individuals. In a rapidly changing global economic environment, where traditional methods of doing business and production no longer provide the necessary level of efficiency, understanding the key concepts of innovation is becoming critical. In economic literature, innovation is most often viewed as the result of turning an idea into a product or a method of doing work, as well as the introduction of advanced scientific and technical developments into the production process. According to Z. M. Abdullayeva, innovations are a profit-making product created on the basis of an idea and financial investments, which ultimately turn into a successful product. Innovative activity is a broader concept than innovation and includes activities to develop and introduce into use not only scientific and technical results, but also the financing of this activity, which is an important component for an economy in a state of crisis. The purpose of this article is to analyze the main models of organizational changes and the reasons for the failure of their implementation. Understanding these points will help the management of the enterprise to avoid serious problems on the path of innovative transformations in the company’s activities. The author notes that an important factor in carrying out organizational changes is working with personnel — informing, ensuring understanding of the need for the procedures being implemented. In addition, with great probability, one will have to face natural resistance to the changes being implemented, which requires knowledge of methods for overcoming them.
