EVOLUTIONARY PARADIGM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIAN CORPORATIONS

This article presents the results of the evolutionary (historical), institutional, neoclassical and comparative analysis of approaches to the study and definition of the essential characteristics of the category “Russian corporation” or “Russian corporate organization”. We also conducted a retrospective comparative analysis of corporate formations (organizational forms) of different countries, which allowed us to identify both common and different vectors of their development, which contributes to the clarification and identification of the above categories. This approach to the study of modern Russian corporations contributes to the disclosure of their role and functional purpose in the structure of the national economy.
