INFLUENCE OF STATE INDUSTRIAL PARKS ON EMPLOYMENT IN THE REPUBLIC OF TATARSTAN: ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

The relevance of the work is associated with the increasing importance of state industrial parks in the regional innovation system, providing economic entities with opportunities for intensive business development. The scientific article presents the results of a study of the impact of the functioning of state industrial parks on stimulating employment of the economically active population of the Republic of Tatarstan. The role of state industrial parks in the region, their functional significance and objectives are analyzed. The factors that influence the stimulation of employment of citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan when interacting with state industrial parks are considered. The problems faced by the work of state industrial parks and prospects for their solution are identified. The conclusions of the article describe the prospects for the development of state industrial parks in the Republic of Tatarstan, determining their role in employment in the foreseeable future.
