Deep Learning Real Time Class Monitoring System using Artificial Intelligence Vision

This research paper presents the in-depth study into the possibility and reality of adopting face-to-face facial recognition technology in taking attendance of students applying Python's face recognition library. It rectifies the loopholes in the existing attendance management systems through introducing an approach using computer vision techniques which is based on facial characters traits for the authentication of individuals. Moreover, it combines high accuracy above 94% in Face identification with FaceNet model, usage of the pre-trained weights, the live monitoring features, higher security, and being capable of working together in virtual environments. Attention is drawn to privacy issues stressing that the most stringent standard of data protection is enforced with informed consent being obtained. This article explains about implementing process having procedures of installation, data collection, pre-processing, as well as utilization of real-time video feed, model's use, algorithm incubation and security. Terms of evaluation include number crunching, cross-validating, actual deployment situations, response time analysis, user experience evaluations, continuous monitoring device, and security audits. Despite the complexity of those problems, which may include different levels of accuracy, privacy issues and security gaps, the chapter offers effective solutions-technical improvements, ethical considerations and user-oriented design approach among them. The next phase lies in the development of artificial intelligence, incorporating multi language biometric security systems, advancing edge computing, designing ethical paradigms, developing adaptive algorithms, humanizing interfaces, integrating with emerging technologies, sustaining research projects, and extending adoption to a broad range of areas.
