Safety Helmet for Mining Workers
Mining is described as one of the most important factors in the development of the economy of a country. Coal mining single-handedly accounts for 55% of the country's energy needs. But the working conditions for mine workers in not very safe as there are multiple dangers in mines like poisonous gases (Carbon monoxide, Methane, Hydrogen sulfide, etc.), mine collapses, rock bursts, and many more. So, the main aim of this research paper is to design and develop a smart safety helmet for the mining industry. The final product would have real-time safety features which would include applications of IoT.
