Optimization and Comparative Analysis of Inventory Models in Fuzzy Environments with Stock-Dependent Demand and Holding Costs
This study examines the effectiveness of cloud triangular fuzzy and trapezoidal fuzzy approach in optimizing inventory management systems under uncertain conditions. The objective is to compare the efficiency of inventory models implemented in these approaches, focusing on how demand rates and carrying costs influenced by inventory level impact outcomes. The cloud fuzzy model has been used here and solved by yanger's index method which demonstrates superior performance, particularly in long-term production cycles, offering greater flexibility and accuracy compared to the trapezoidal fuzzy model. The conclusion is supported by a comparative study and graphical illustrations of a numerical example which confirms the model effectiveness.
