Research of leadership qualities among middle managers of the healthcare system

The article discusses the theoretical foundations of management and leadership and presents the results of two studies conducted on the basis of one of the capital’s clinics, the purpose of which was compiling portraits of “ideal” leaders-managers according to the opinions of both subordinates and managers, as well as identifying the strengths and weaknesses of a medical organization, which are a consequence of the chosen management style and tactics of its management team, by studying the leadership qualities of managers.
