Lung Nodules Detection Using YOLOv7
Lung cancer presents a significant threat to health globally, ranking among the foremost contributors to cancer-related mortality. Frequently evading detection until it advances; the disease underscores the critical need for identifying lung nodules early, particularly those sized between 3mm and 30mm. This detection is crucial for radiologists, as it poses a considerable diagnostic challenge. This study introduces a methodology aimed at detecting and categorizing these nodules, utilizing the open-source dataset made available by Robflow. The Dataset was published in October, 2023. The dataset contains total 602 CT Images in which we have used 421 images for training, 121 images for validation, and 66 images for testing.
