INVESTMENT APPEAL OF THE LENINGRAD REGION IN MODERN CONDITIONS

In this scientific paper, the author briefly analyzes the features of the investment attractiveness of the Leningrad region in modern conditions. In this paper, the author analyzes key indicators of the economic development of the region, studying current statistical data and expert opinions. Then he examines specific aspects of investment attractiveness, including interaction with foreign investors, factors affecting the level of attractiveness for investment, as well as existing problems and prospects. In conclusion, the author emphasizes that the Leningrad Region continues to be a stable and resilient region, and this trend is likely to continue in the near future. The object of the research is the features of the investment attractiveness of the Leningrad region in modern conditions, and the goal is a comprehensive and consistent analysis of these features. The scientific novelty of the work consists in conducting a comprehensive study and formulating the author’s conclusions about the characteristics of the investment attractiveness of the region.
