METHODOLOGY FOR ASSESSING THE QUALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY DIGITAL CUSTOMS TECHNOLOGIES

This scientific article analyzes the existing practice of assessing the quality of services provided by digital customs technologies, examines the main criteria and indicators of the methodology that make it possible to assess the effectiveness and convenience of the customs services received. Among them are the speed of receiving the service, the level of satisfaction, convenience, and more. The article also develops a new methodology for assessing the quality of services based on a larger number of indicators.
