ACTUALIZATION OF CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION THROUGH HYBRID INTELLIGENCE AND ROBOTIZATION

The conceptual aspects of the vision for the development of the Federal Customs Service of Russia up to 2036–2040 in the context of global changes driven by the introduction of hybrid intelligence and robotization technologies are presented. Based on an analysis of the global paradigm of the industrial revolution, key conditions and factors influencing the transformation of customs administration are identified. The principles of integrating artificial intelligence and automated systems into analysis, management, and customs control processes are considered, as well as the possibilities of using human-machine systems to enhance the efficiency of customs control and improve interaction between customs authorities and participants in foreign economic activities. A conclusion is drawn about the significance of hybrid intelligence and robotization technologies for forming an adaptive, sustainable, and innovative customs service.
