Optimization of logistics processes in the organization of multimodal transportation

The article addresses the urgent task of improving the efficiency of the entire cargo supply chain by optimizing each of the stages of the logistics process. The authors pay attention to the stage of selecting the performers of each link of the transport and technological scheme for the delivery of goods by optimization using quantitative, qualitative and rail selection criteria. According to the authors, the creation of a database consisting of digital profiles of performers of different types of transport and other participants in the supply chain will accelerate the process of introducing Block chain technology into the domestic freight forwarding industry and will reduce the transport component in the cost of finished products, increasing its competitiveness.
