Analysis of the practice of road transport expertise in rta with collisions on road barriers and road equipment elements

The article presents the results of analytical research on methods of solving problematic problems in the reconstruction of the mechanism of road accidents associated with collisions with road barriers and road elements. There is an assessment of the causes, in the representation of deviations in subsystems of the system Driver — Vehicle — Road — Environment (VADS) for all considered cases of collisions of vehicles on barriers and road elements. The main problems of calculating the speed of the vehicle before collision with the fence and/or road elements are described, and the ways of their solution are proposed.
