Requirements for conformity assessment of welding process technology of enterprises for maintenance and repair of tanks for transport of dangerous goods by road

The article deals with the issues of personnel support for the operation of the dangerous goods transport industry in tanks, because welders and NDT specialist are active and direct participants in the implementation of the welding process, both in the conditions of high-tech production of technical systems, and in the conditions of their installation and after-sales maintenance and repair. Based on the determination of the level of competence and qualifications of welders and NDT specialist, the need for certification of welding process technology and personnel training and retraining taking into account modern requirements is shown. The conclusions contain proposals for further ways of implementing the provisions of ADR in the Russian Federation.
