Abstract

Indonesia is a State in the form of a State of law, relying on written law, namely Legislation to create justice, benefit and fairness. This research uses a normative juridical approach method, namely legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data as a basis for research. The results of this study indicate that in the trial the Panel of Judges considered printout evidence is a state of evidence that does not contribute to the legitimacy of electronic evidence in any way, so if law enforcement officials have and show that the printout can be used as evidence of letters in the trial, To resolve civil trial cases, judges are also required to conduct legal discovery, known as rechtsvinding, by studying the habits of the community that have developed.
