A Study on Payment Service Usage, Preferred Gateways and Customer Satisfaction on Digital Payments

This study explores the usage patterns of payment services, preferred payment gateways, and customer satisfaction levels in digital payment applications, based on data collected from 75 respondents. With the rapid adoption of digital payment methods in recent years, understanding consumer preferences and satisfaction is crucial for improving service offerings. The research examines the most commonly used payment services and identifies the gateways preferred by users for various transactions.
