The Role of Non-Muslims in the Formation of the Muslim State, During the Era of the Caliphs: Political and Social Perspective
Islam is a complete religion of the universe and a complete code of life. It emphasizes the reformation and success of the individual in individual and social life. Islam guides humanity in all spheres of life along with the golden principles of social life. The Islamic system of politics and the method of governance are completely different from the current democratic system and system, and the Islamic system of government is completely free from defects and shortcomings. In the Islamic system of life, worship has great importance, similarly, other matters of society and morality also have a high place in Islam. Even during the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs, non-Muslims played an important role in the formation of the Muslim state. In an Islamic state, all non-Muslims will have the same freedom of conscience, opinion, expression and association that Muslims themselves enjoy, subject to the same limitations imposed on Muslims by law. Millions of non-Muslims live as permanent residents in Muslim states.
