Research on RF compatibility of unmanned aerial vehicles based on multi-antenna priority design
Abstract Within the limited spectrum space, the escalating spectrum demands and density of radio equipment render the RF compatibility issues of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) exceptionally intricate. However, there is an absence of top-level design methodologies to optimize the RF compatibility of the UAV. This work introduces a top-level system design approach for UAV RF compatibility based on multi-antenna priority. Firstly, an optimization process for the RF Compatible Design of UAV is constructed by the priority of multi-antennas; Secondly, based on this optimization process, a top-down design methodology for practical engineering applications of UAV RF compatibility is proposed; Lastly, the RF compatibility design for eight RF systems on an actual UAV case study is conducted. The effectiveness of this method is validated through simulation analysis and experimental evaluation, which holds significant research importance.
