Within the framework of the presented article, the author examines the theoretical features of a legal conflict in public law, and also gives dynamic characteristics of such a conflict. Based on the theoretical and legal analysis, it is noted that the dynamics of a legal conflict is a set of separate stages, the content of which determines the nature of a legal conflict as a full-fledged legal phenomenon. The dynamics of a legal conflict includes three main stages: beginning, development and completion. The author concludes that the resolution of a legal conflict is achieved through a thorough analysis of the sources of contradictions and the content of the dispute, and makes it possible to establish new relationships of balanced interests that satisfy both sides.
