The System of Technical and Legal Support for Law-making in Modern Russia and the Structural Role of Law-making Policy in Increasing its Effectiveness (to the Basics of the Scientific Theory of the Problem)

The article considers the system of technical and legal support for law-making in modern Russia. The problem of the effectiveness of law-making results is associated with the improvement of the system of technical and legal support for law-making. The concept and the elementary composition of the system of technical and legal support of law-making activity are revealed. The role of law-making policy in the functioning of the system of technical and legal support for law-making in the Russian Federation is argued. The author characterizes the importance of a qualitative system of technical and legal support for law-making activities in the modern Russian state.
