Criminality with Real Estates in Kosovo
Organized crime in the field of real estate as a form of economic criminality is an occurrence present in almost every society. The difference lies only in the forms and causes of its appearance. This type of crime causes great social, economic, legal and psychological consequences for the entire society, and especially for special categories of citizens, who are directly affected by such criminal actions. Organized crime also negatively affects the development and economic prosperity of a country, the consequences of which are very large and comprehensive. In addition to the mentioned consequences, organized crime in general, and in particular in the field of real estate, causes great consequences, including political ones.
