Chemical modification of a small-molecule acceptor with an adamantyl side chain for efficient and thermally stable organic solar cells

A simple strategy of side-chain engineering on SMAs for thermally stable OSCs is reported. The mono-substituted BOAD with an adamantyl group enables an outstanding efficiency of 17.13% and improves thermal stability for the corresponding OSCs.
