APPROACHES TO ASSESSING THE QUALITY OF IMPLEMENTATION OF SUSTAINABLE URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DIGITALIZATION OF THE ECONOMY

The purpose of this study is to analyze the methodological foundations for assessing the quality of sustainable urban development projects, as well as the prospects for their solution. The objectives include consideration of the basic concepts of sustainable urban development, the formation of a list of current problems in relation to assessing the quality of projects, as well as the prospects for their solution. The authors confirmed the hypothesis about the theoretical and methodological foundations of the integrated assessment of the quality of project implementation to achieve sustainable urban development. The study was based on general scientific and special methods of cognition. As a result, existing approaches to assessing sustainable cities were studied and an integrated method for assessing the quality of sustainable city projects was proposed, covering all areas of their development.
