Abstract

The study explores the transformation of time management strategies in industrial enterprises during wartime, emphasizing the critical need for adaptive and resilient operational planning. The relevance of the research lies in the growing necessity to modify traditional time management approaches due to increased external risks, resource limitations, and personnel shortages caused by military conflict. Despite numerous studies on crisis management, time management under extreme conditions remains insufficiently examined, particularly regarding resource allocation, automation, psychological resilience, and flexible scheduling models. Method or methodology of the work. The research employs a systematic approach, incorporating comparative analysis, case study examination, and expert evaluation. A structured assessment of time management factors during wartime is conducted based on literature review, highlighting key disruptions and mitigation strategies. The purpose of the study is to identify critical aspects of time management transformation in industrial enterprises operating under wartime conditions and to develop recommendations for adapting managerial processes to emerging challenges. Results of the study. The findings indicate that wartime conditions necessitate a shift from long-term strategic planning to short-term adaptive decision-making. Companies must implement flexible work schedules, alternative communication channels, and emergency resource allocation strategies. Workforce motivation shifts toward psychological support and social security rather than traditional incentive systems. Crisis-driven time management also demands enhanced security measures, stress management programs, and dynamic prioritization frameworks. The practical application of these findings. The proposed time management strategies can be utilized by industrial enterprises, governmental bodies, and crisis management professionals to maintain operational stability and ensure workforce efficiency in wartime.
