In general, from the perspective of the effects of the three classes of drugs on the various body systems of patients, we should focus on mAb-associated "cardiac disorders", ADC-associated "hepatobiliary disorders", "respiratory, thoracic and mediastinal disorders", and TKI-associated "gastrointestinal disorders.
