Bonded warehouses: the development of an experiment within the framework of the Russian conjuncture in the field of electronic commerce

In the context of the active development of the e-trade sphere, it was expedient to introduce an experimental testing period for a new system of customs clearance of goods sold through marketplaces, which allows assessing the effectiveness of the introduction of such innovations and determining approaches to adjusting the regulatory legal acts of the EAEU. The article examines the experience of foreign countries in creating bonded warehouses, the prerequisites for their implementation in the Russian Federation and the potential risks of this experiment in domestic realities
