The information and communication technology applications and their impact on improving the job performance of employees: case study

This study aims to identify the degree of impact of information and communication technology applications on the job performance of employees in the Mobilis Corporation - Regional Directorate of Bechar, where a questionnaire was adopted and distributed to a sample of 50 employees and the results showed that there is a positive impact of information and communication technology applications to varying degrees on the performance of employees in the institution By providing opportunities for employees to express their opinions and involving them in decision-making, which contributes to raising the level of their job performance.
