An infinite 2D sheet of tetragonal Co<sup>II</sup> framework exhibiting metamagnetism
The easy-axis anisotropy of the Co( ii ) ion in an exchange-coupled infinite 2D sheet of tetragonal framework dictates the metamagnet behaviour, supported by DFT calculations. Pressure decreased the magnetic moment without affecting metamagnetism.
