Application of Neural Networks in the Control System for the Coal Dust Combustion Process

Neural adaptive control, described in the scientific article, is a very interesting approach to modern complex control systems. These methods have an advantage over classical methods of control theory, which can be applied to multidimensional closed systems. The correct formulation of the problem in the control process is very important, since each designed controller is optimal only in the formulated sense. The scientific novelty of the article is that fuzzy logic and artificial neural networks are often used in control and diagnostic systems for industrial processes. Neuro-fuzzy systems are successfully used to simulate production processes. Their important advantage is the ability to model nonlinear objects. Their structure is similar to the structure of neuro-fuzzy models.
