Development of Elements of An Automated System for Monitoring the Condition of Engineering Networks of Educational Buildings
Engineering networks and equipment are a set of elements of a modern building that make work and life in it the most comfortable. Without such components, it is impossible to call a structure complete and suitable for operation, since they provide buildings with water, electric and thermal energy, sanitation, ventilation and air conditioning, outdoor lighting, gas supply, alarm and communication. The entire complex of communications and facilities of the educational institution can be divided into two types: - external engineering networks that are located on streets, highways, highways, such as lines that transmit electricity; transformer substations; heating networks that supply thermal energy; hydraulic engineering complexes; treatment, gas distribution, pumping stations; outdoor lighting of roads, highways, etc.; - internal engineering systems that are located inside the building, such as power grids; communications for supplying heating and water to their end user; ventilation; telephone and cable systems, etc. The purpose of the study: the development of an automated control system (ASK) for the condition of engineering networks of higher educational institutions. This article discusses the method of adaptive regulation of a photovoltaic power plant (PVEU), which allows optimally distributing electricity in the educational building and obtaining a power plant as a laboratory for scientific research, as well as using the software product of the SCADA system «ENTEK» to increase the efficiency of electricity use and centralized heat supply (heating) systems of educational buildings. Keywords: automation, power supply, heating system, photo wind power plant, SCADA system, management, control.
