Remote Control System for Interconnected Electric Drive Using SK-070MW Touch Panel, FX3U-30MR PLC and E90-DTU Transceivers
The development and implementation of a remote control system for an interconnected electric drive consisting of three asynchronous motors and three DC machines acting as a load are considered. Control is performed using a Samkoon SK-070MW touch panel, a Mitsubishi FX3U-30MR programmable logic controller and E90-DTU transceivers. The system architecture, control algorithms and interaction of components via wireless communication channels are described. An analysis of the system efficiency under industrial operation conditions is carried out. Particular attention is paid to the issues of increasing reliability, control accuracy and reducing installation and maintenance costs.
