Research on College Counselor’s Professionalization, Specialization and Expertization from the Perspective of Professional Personality Shaping

在高校辅导员队伍的职业化、专业化和专家化建设的过程中，出现辅导员事务性工作繁琐复杂、队伍建设方案同质化严重、队伍职业认同不足等问题。而职业人格作为内外综合的多维概念，其内涵与辅导员队伍的“三化”建设要求不谋而合。文章通过梳理分析相关研究文献，从个体职业人格塑造的视角，探索辅导员队伍“三化”建设的有效路径。即应通过个体内在的职业人格塑造，增强职业内在驱动，深化职业思想认同，树立职业理想，从而推进辅导员队伍的职业化、专业化和专家化建设发展。During the progress of college counselor’s professionalization, specialization and expertization, there occurs many issues such as the complex of work procedure, the homogenization of development plans and the lack of personal professional identity. Professional personality as a multi-dimension concept, which combines inner personality and outer social context, matches the construction of college counselors. This essay explores effective methods that contribute to college counselor’s professionalization, specialization and expertization from the perspective of professional personality shaping by synthesizing and analyzing related researches. That is, college counselor’s professionalization, specialization and expertization can be contributed by professional personality shaping, reinforcing college counselor’s inner motivation, consolidating professional identity and establishing career aspiration.
