Multi-Feature Optimization and Recognition Method for Bionic Underwater Acoustic Communication Signals Mimicking Dolphin Whistles
In light of the shortcomings of existing methods for extracting the features of bionic UAC signals mimicking dolphin whistles, a multi-feature optimization and recognition method for bionic U AC signals is proposed. Firstly, the similar-ity between the two signals is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. Secondly, a multi-feature optimization method based on the NSGA-II optimization algorithm is proposed. Thirdly, an SVM classification model was constructed, and the accuracy of the proposed method was validated through a recognition test. And finally, a comparison was conducted between the per-formance before and after optimization, the proposed method has been demonstrated to result in a significant enhancement in the recognition rate.
