An Anti-Jamming Communication Method Based on Dual Channel Independent Component Extraction
The development of communication jamming technologies necessitates more robust anti-jamming strategies to maintain communication quality. The blind source separation (BSS) aims to separate the source signals of the mixed signal, which can be used to separate communication signals and jamming signals to achieve the anti-jamming effect. However, the classical BSS methods have the problem of noise amplification, which will worsen the separation performance. To address this, we propose a dual channel independent component extraction (DC-ICE) algorithm based on the minimum mean square error (MMSE) criterion. A power inversion matrix is constructed as the initial separation matrix by using the independence of the source signals. The separation matrix is updated by minimizing the mean square error (MSE) of the extracted and the reconstructed signals, which aims to maximize the signal-to-interference plus noise ratio (SINR) of the extracted communication signals. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm's performance is close to the theoretical maximum value and is better than the classical algorithm. The findings demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can solve the noise amplification problem and enhance the separation performance in anti-jamming scenarios.
