This article discusses the problems associated with migrants and non-traditional threats to securityof our country. The basis of changes to the law on National security of Mongolia are the intensive developmentof the globalization process in the world and regions, reducing the traditional threats to the independence of thecountry and increasing non-traditional threats to economic, natural and environmental, mental and demographicssecurity.
