PRODUCTION AND ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT OF THE PROVISION OF RURAL PRODUCERS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION WITH MEANS OF PRODUCTION

The current level of quantitative state of material and technical resources in agricultural organizations of the Russian Federation is studied. The features, dynamics of acquisition and write-off of means of production are determined. The presented dynamics of the level of provision with the main types of mechanization means indicates a high load on a unit of equipment, many times exceeding the standard value. It is noted that the key role in providing rural producers of Russia with means of production belongs to the state.
