In this article, the authors analyzed modern ideas about the specification and nuances of tools for analytical information systems of state and municipal management in the context of the transformation of the geo-markets and the digital economy, and concluded that in the process of digitalization of management processes of state and municipal management, all tools of analytical information systems of state and municipal management related to with the involvement of promising software products and qualified personnel, which will lead to an improvement in the forms and methods of interaction with both state-regulated economic entities and users of information from state and municipal government.
