STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF TNCS AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE SPECIFICITY OF THEIR ACTIVITIES IN THE MODERN ECONOMY
The article examines the stages of development of TNCs, their impact not only on the economy of one country, but also on the world market as a whole. For this purpose, the authors' points of view on the effectiveness of TNCs were analyzed and highlighted, theories of the formation of transnational corporations were summarized, and submodels of transnational corporations were transformed. The world economic system is gradually becoming global. In such a system, no national economy can avoid foreign economic cooperation: it will certainly be drawn into the system, even if this interaction will have a negative development effect, and this forms new principles of organization in which modern TNCs operate. The relationship between the economy and TNCs is two-way: on the one hand, the economy influences the activities of corporations, and on the other hand, TNCs themselves can influence the external environment, transforming it according to their own interests. The article pays great attention to the study of the theory and methodology of TNCs in the field of economic science, the generally accepted theoretical base characterizing the process of TNC influence on the economic activities of other participants in the international market.
