The paper examines the mechanisms of integration of high-tech enterprises into the circular economy in the context of the digital transformation of industrial ecosystems. The influence of digital technologies on the formation of closed cycles of production and consumption is analyzed. The key factors of successful integration are considered, including the development of digital platforms for the exchange of resources and information, the introduction of innovative business models, as well as cooperation between ecosystem participants. Practical recommendations on the effective use of digital tools for the transition to a circular economy and increasing competitiveness in the context of sustainable development are presented.
