Study of Miniaturized Low Phase Noise E-Band Frequency Doubling Circuits

In this paper, we design and validate an E-band six times frequency module. The input frequency of the module is 11.83~12.67 GHz, the output frequency is 71~76 GHz, the output power is -4.17~-0.33 dBm, and the size of the whole frequency multiplier module is only 25.66*23.37*9mm3.
